Being the Britains leading bed and furniture retailer, Bensons need to stay ahead of their competitors. One area of messaging that was falling short was their Service messaging, in store and online. The previous messaging needed rethinking, restructuring and redesigning.

A messaging piece that talks directly to the shopper

The service messaging needed to be redesigned with the customer in mind, making sure that the designs reflect the ease in which the services provide. Using soft blue tones, paired with hand-drawn illustrations & typography we can talk directly to the customer and help make their purchase as easy as possible.
